Gift Wallets are really easy to make.
Top Tip
Before embossing – add a little dry soap or candle to area that you wish to emboss – this will allow the embossing tool to run smoothly
Heart Gift Wallet
Using 1 piece of A4 card stock (I used pearlescent) cut 1 ½” from short edge of card stock. (You can use this for your sentiment inside the wallet)
Place short edge of card stock to your butt bar and score line number 4 – turn card stock 180° and score line 4 again.
To emboss the hearts – measure in from each edge 2 ½” make a pencil mark (this will be for the bottom of the heart)
Align your card and emboss the heart shape…use a medium ball end embossing tool for embossing . After embossing place card stock onto wavy edge and emboss between each heart.
Close up wallet and mark position of bottom flap. Emboss wavy line from top outside edge of heart to pencil mark at outer edge of card stock.
Emboss the two double straight lines Box 1 and Box 2 on bottom flap, add peel off border between embossed lines.
Attach a strip of double sided tape to both inside edges of bottom flap.
Decorate with fine glitter glue or stickles.
You can add other embellishments or emboss small flowers and leaves around top flap.
